Surendar Manickram

Curriculum Vitae

Received the M.Sc. degree in physics from Periyar University, Salem, India; and the M.Tech degree in remote sensing from the Anna University, Chennai, India, in 2008 and 2011, respectively.

Received Ph.D. degree from the Center of Studies in Resources Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, Mumbai, India, in 2016.

Currently at Alexander von Humboldt postdoctoral fellow from September 2016. 

Forschung

My Research interests include polarimetric Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) data. Currently working on the development of algorithms for snow depth and snow equivalent using polarimetric SAR data on the Indian Himalayas and Alps.
